Chewable Iron by Carlson Labs is a convenient way to get the iron we need to help maintain healthy blood and energy utilization. Iron is an essential mineral that is an important component of hemoglobin, a substance in red blood cells that carries oxygen from our lungs throughout the rest of the body. Hemoglobin utilizes about 2/3 of the iron available in the body. If the body is lacking iron, it can't produce enough red blood cells, which can effect the oxygen level and lead to us feeling tired.
